The following financial institutions / banks are offering the EMI Scheme through their credit cards: Axis Bank, HSBC Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, State Bank of India, HDFC Bank and any other financial institution / bank listed on the Website from time to time (“Financers”).
3. The EMI Scheme is available only for purchase of a single Mi5 product in a single transaction by a user through the Website from 15 October 2016 to 17 October 2016 (“EMI Scheme Period”).
4. The EMI Scheme is not available on purchases made using debit cards, net banking or cash on delivery payment methods.
5. The discretion to permit you to avail of the EMI Scheme is with the concerned Financer that has issued the credit card. Xiaomi shall have no obligation or liability in the event a Financer refuses to process the transaction for any reason.
6. You shall bound by the terms and conditions of your credit card as provided by its Financers for availing of the EMI Scheme (“Finance Agreement”) and Xiaomi shall in no way be liable to you for any terms and conditions of the Finance Agreement nor in relation to any dispute that may arise between the Financer and you.

9. You agree that any charges, interest, penalties, cesses and/or taxes levied by the Financer in relation to the EMI Scheme shall be borne by you.

You further agree that if you fail to make payments in a timely manner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Finance Agreement, there may be additional interests/penalties which may be levied by the Financer, which may be higher than the Discount provided by Xiaomi as part of the EMI Scheme.
11. Any discount provided by Xiaomi does not amount to any waiver of payment of the equated monthly instalments and interest to the Financer.
12. Xiaomi does not charge its customers any processing/convenience fee for facilitating the EMI Scheme. You shall be solely liable for any breach of the terms and conditions of the Finance Agreement including but not limited to any non-payment.
13. In case the Mi5 purchased through the EMI Scheme is returned or cancelled by you in accordance with the terms and conditions of Xiaomi’s cancellation/ refund policy (“Return Policy”), Xiaomi will facilitate the refund as per the Returns Policy.
14. You are advised to check with the Financer on how any cancellation/refund in relation to the Mi5 purchased by you under the EMI Scheme will be settled including but not limited to any pre-closure or interest charges that may be levied on you.
15. The EMI Scheme is only valid during the EMI Scheme Period. Xiaomi reserves the right to: (i) modify or cease providing the Discount; and/or (ii) cease permitting any or all of the Financers from offering the EMI Scheme through the Website; without any notice.
