4. Now goto VIDEOS , You will See Videos .
5. Now Select any Videos and when you select it For Send, you have to Comprase it in 0.06 Sec. & you'll see a Camera Recorder above , Now Click on it.
( Gif option only avaliable when video Length is 0.06 sec. )
6. Manage Video Length 0.06 sec.
7. Now you'll see a Option Above Gif , Now click on it and Send it .
8. By that Way you Can create any Video in Gif Format.
