• 2) Once logged-in, click the ‘Cards’
• 3) Then click on the ‘Enquire’ tab in the Debit Card section.
• 4) Once you are taken to the next page, click on the ‘Cashback Enquiry and Redemption’ tab.
• 5) Select the account number for which you want to redeem the points and Voila! You can redeem the Reward Points.

• 1) First, go to the bank’s official website and download the “HDFC Credit Card Reward Points Redeem Form.” 
• 2) You can download the “Reward Redemption Form”.

• 3) Carefully fill out the form with all of the essential information.
• 4) To receive your prizes, mail the completed form to the address below.
